week of avoidance

I honestly don’t know where to start with the week I’ve had. Writing Darcy’s journey once was hard enough—it felt like trying to run through treacle. But editing? That’s a different kind of tough. Seeing her struggles laid out plainly in black and white and reading them aloud brought back some of my own traumas in ways I didn't expect.

Reliving it all to reach the finish line of this chapter has been exhausting, but I’m pushing through. My hope is that when it’s finished, you’ll find not just the humour and insight, but a sense of peace even if the ending is a sombre one. I want this to be a reassurance for anyone who has walked a similar path: you aren't alone, there are people who understand, and there is so much support and love waiting for you. Anyway i hope to update you soon about when the second edition will be available on Amazon and books buy. Thank you to every single one of you who is enjoying the rambling of Ria Tocsin, Lady Jane and Darcy. Your support means the world
